FEEL GOOD: New Mama Breakfasts
Being a new mama can make any mealtime tricky – needing food that fills you up and fast! At TME we love our breakfasts but we've definitely learned that a little bit of planning goes a long way to ensure we are getting the right mix of healthy, delicious yet convenient food.
Below are some of our best brekkie suggestions to fuel any mum-on-the-run.
1) TME Breakfast smoothie
When time is limited (Hello newborn alert!) we can’t recommend this smoothie recipe enough. It will keep you full for a good few hours and, if breast-feeding, oats and spinach are key ingredients for helping milk production.
Handful of spinach
Handful of blueberries
4 dessert spoons of oats
1 scoop of protein powder
Top tip: Make this the night before and then simply give it a quick shake and drink it straight from the fridge in the morning.

2) Homemade Granola, served with your favourite coconut or natural yogurt
This homemade granola recipe, courtesy of Deliciously Ella, is a brilliant alternative to sugar-packed supermarket varieties. This offers all the crunch and moreish flavour but is really low in the sweet stuff. Plus you can make up batches so it's perfect for needing something fast and filling in the morning. 4) Flourless banana pancakes with berries
